1. No cancellation of orders. If you really need to cancel for valid reasons, there will be a fee of 50% of your total order.2. No refund policy. Refunds will be allowed only if your order is out of stock.3. No rush shipping. Our items are pre-ordered; printing is scheduled by batch after the accumulation of orders, so kindly wait for your package patiently.4. 50% down payment of total fee is required for us to process your order. Again, cancellation of orders will also demand 50% of amount to be paid as cancellation fee.5. No proof of payment = transaction will not push through. Please send proof through our Twitter DM! Order Confirmations will be sent through DMs as well.6. We will have a SHIPPING SCHEDULE for orders placed within a certain time period. You may view our masterlist in order to view which batch your order will be shipped with.7. We will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss once we have handed your package over to the courier.
